Only registered delegates and delegate guests (must be 16 years or older) are entitled to attend the sessions and the social activities of the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the conference start date will incur a $100 administrative fee. There is no refund for cancellations received within 21 days of the conference start date.
